It’s okay community but people leave trash all over and smoke in apartments which is against the lease.

I can't live in my apartment with kids stomping, running, jumping all day long over my head. My wife and I have to wear headphones all day long to avoid the noise

The worst office management and living environment ever experienced. If you don’t their language your complaints will ignored. I have a lot to say with proof. I will share in right time

New management has made strides in making this a better community. But rent is getting too high, and there are serious communication issues with maintenance (pest control has shown up unannounced, the fire alarm testing went unannounced yesterday). I was promised a balcony apartment and shown one when I moved in 3 years ago, but I was handed the key and told which apartment to go to it didn't have a balcony. 3 years later I still don't have one despite being told I would get the next one available. There are no bike racks, and no place to put bikes. My children's three bikes were thrown away when maintenance needed to mow the lawn and I was hospitalized and unable to move them. We are unable to use the pool except when staff is on duty, not something that is regulated in other communities. The hours are limited and I'm unable to enjoy it because of work. Lawn maintenance in the dog park is frequently ignored, they will mow everything but the dog park. The grass is often over my dog's head and ticks are frequent issue. The trash compactor system has largely been fixed, which is nice, but it's still not enough. We need a second in the community at the other side. There is a car with a really loud muffler one building over, and the owner is often revving the engine and it can be heard 2 mi away. Many complaints about this person's vehicle have gone unanswered. Crime here has improved but it is still high. Offering a free apartment to a police officer in the community would probably improve tenant behavior.

Worst place I've ever lived. The roaches are everywhere and in every unit. Work orders get completed out without the work getting done. Something always goes wrong, and rent is increased every year FOR WHAT. AC goes out every year and there's crime that occurs every summer and office staff are nowhere near to see what's going on. Trash compacter is always broken but we get charged for trash when majority of the time it can't even be thrown away. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The whole complex just needs to shut down honestly.
