The community has went down especially for how much money you pay a month. It’s infested with roaches really bad and they don’t care. There is always police over there due to crime. The trash compactor is always broke so the trash is always all over the street. All they care about is money I lived there 6 yrs and moved in march after buying a home. They charged me a months rent and 3,550 to move out now there asking for 591.00 more dollars and kept my security deposit. I took a video of the home when I left in case something like this happened. It was cleaned and left in great condition besides wear and fare on the carpets and walls. I don’t recommend though I was paying 2200 for a 3 bedroom and it goes up every year you renew.

I moved in with several issues in the apartments it took months for most item to be fixed. However my sliding door isn’t. I am approaching a year without having access to to my patio, storage, or sliding door.

I really like it here very quiet over my little area of the complex. Only issue I have is the Trash area is always piled up.

The trash system is not adequate for the apartment complex..The rent gets raised every year..It’s not affordable for single people.,

It was a great tour. The office staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I’m hoping to make this my new home.

Just the issue of dealing with bugs. Keep getting in the cabinets getting on the dishes and silverware. Never had them before til here. When we transfer and move, we will have to make sure everything is bug free as it's removed from current unit.

I have had nothing but issues since moving into these apartments. Nothing works like it is supposed to and when you put in a maintenance ticket, nothing is done either for a while or at all.
