Worse mistake of my

I gave the review because England Run North doesn't give proper communication. They show you a unit that doesn't look anything like the unit you will move into. They are roach infested. They claim they will work with you but don't. It takes 6-8 months to receive new appliances once yours has been broken. They come and go in your unit as they please without letting you know. They only care about the monetary funds due to them and not how they can make your living areas better for you.

Office management has changed a lot in my 7 years in England run as well as the maintenance staff.They do drag their feet on a lot especially maintenance as I had to file a complaint with corporate for issues not fixed for over 4 months.The staff was always pleasant when going into the office.Guess there is a mix of good and bad in this community.

I would NEVER recommend this community to anyone even if they were desperate for a place to call home. Everything about here was horrible. I’m soo happy I got my family out of there!!!

This place is a joke. Bugs in the brand new apartments which you can never get rid of. Everything breaks on a regular basis. Front office will not return calls or talk to you about anything. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Everyone was so kind and so knowledgeable. They answered every question I had.
