BJ was right on it. He did an excellent job.

BJ always does great work & responds quickly. This however was not what I thought it was and resolved itself. I sent an email telling BJ to disregard, and he called to make sure everything was ok and to explain what had occurred. I greatly appreciated that! PS: you should make an adjustment to your app so that the resident can edit their request, or delete it if there has been an error.

BJ is the best Maintenance Engineer at Englewood Vista. I have lived here six years and can truthfully state this. He has been able to resolve any issues in minutes that I have incurred. I feel Peak Living should do everything to keep him here. He is dedicated and knowledgeable in his career. I give him a five star rating. He also should be compensated for his loyalty to this complex.

I find folks care about our individual needs and that means I have a positive experience eact time I have a need.

The heat was going up over where I had it set and it was getting very uncomfortable. I take a medication that instructs me to not get overheated. I was becoming concerned when it was showing 7 degrees over the set on the unit and I was starting to perspire profusely. I called and left a message on the emergency line due to my medical condition. I went to the rest room and while there the air came on with a jolt and also BJ called me back but I missed him. I was no longer concerned because I was sure BJ would get to me first thing in the morning and take care of anything needed, which he did. BJ is an extremely qualified, knowledgeable and caring maintenance man and overall good person. I personally feel Englewood Vista is lucky to have him.

I left a maintenance request overnight, and BJ got to it as soon as he could, which was afternoon, saying he had do work at another property that day.

The shower bars were put in right where I needed them and everything was installed well. The toilet was also put in perfectly. Great Job BJ. He is very God at what he does and always friendly
