That's easy...we have wonderful care once we send in a work order. Normally it's done the same day...or if impossible we still are told when it will happen. No problem getting the service we need.

B.J. never disappoints. He is always ready and willing to do anything required of him. He is friendly and knows what he is doing, which is a nice change to previous maintenance people.

BJ is the BEST maintenance man we've had in the 4 years we've lived here at Englewood Vista. You can tell he really cares about the building and it's residents. If you had TEN stars available above, I still would click on the most excellent one!

Main smoke detector (center hallway in apt.) started beeping on Saturday night, which continued until Monday morning, when I tracked down maintenance man BJ, and told him about it. He came within an hour and replaced the smoke detector, which solved the problem.

BJ took care of it immediately as he always does for me. So glad to have him as maintenance Ed. He does it very quickly. He’s very good at what he does and he’s very nice and supportive 100% job A1.
