It was one of the best dental experiences that I have ever had and the extracted a tooth! Dr. Esmail is an extremely competent surgeon and I would highly recommend him.

I would have liked to receive the post op instructions before the surgery. I personally need more time to read and comprehend things. I appreciated getting the groceries list to prepare.

Initial communication took too much time ,almost gave up. Then service was swift and great.

Not much constructive criticism relative to performance. All of my expectations were surpassed - um - blown out of the water. My only potential "ding" would be cost. That said, I knew that it would be expensive up front, and your staff was excellent in getting me tied in to CareCredit, which, with an extensive payback period, gets me to an acceptable monthly payment. I would get necessary work done by you anytime (assuming that I can continue to afford it) - however, naturally, I hope that it's never necessary again!
