Blood pressure cuff used was extremely painful.I would like to have seen Dr E's face before I went to sleep.Very clear and useful after-care instructions.Really excellent "arrangement" of the waiting room/surgery/recovery and exit.

Great experience, I felt like the staff really cared. Kudos to Dr. Esmail for apologizing for the “pain” (a pinch) he inflicted during anesthetizing my tongue. I don’t recall having a doctor do that, ever.I gave the scheduling less than 10 because of multiple re-schedules, all but one initiated by the practice.I am self-insured and think the cost ($570) was disproportionate to the length/extent/complexity of the procedure. It literally took just minutes.Want to make the patient experience even better? Get a blanket warmer🙂
