I’m hoping this survey comes off the back of a new team being hired. From the day we went to sign our lease we were ignored. When we came to get our keys the person literally handed us the keys and walked away, didn’t say anything to us. Since then I’ve had a bicycle stolen, multiple packages stolen And I cannot even get Kendrick to respond. Having work done in the building without anyone alerting you with notice is very inconsiderate. And then when you do reach out, you get basically an eye roll back of an email. It’s infuriating when you pay $4000 a month in rent and you can’t even get general communication.The maintenance team and cleaning team are responsive and kind.I’m not how much this is possible but if we could somehow get the street residence or permit parking, it would be also a big draw. with the addition of new units and popular bars residents have to park multiple blocks away.
