I don't mind having to make a appointment, but I do miss not being able to bring it in for service or to look at something that I don't know about any time I can.I like that every one is there to help.

I tried to schedule this appointment twice. The first time there was an automated answering service that scheduled it and when the date arrived I was told the appointment was never actually made.Mechanic was excellent and friendly. He approached me and told me what was going on and was obviously experienced.
