Very good customer service

I do like shopping for cars but it was a pleasant experience. We didn’t feel rushed and the process was quick and efficient.Rob was great to work with. He was courteous and listened to what I was saying about what I wanted and didn’t want.

Good service but expected to be informed about all of the car needs. I will check my air filter myself and see if it needs to be replaced.I had my oil changed and just noticed two oil drip stops on my garage floor underneath my car area.I was not informed about the condition of my air filter.

I was satisfied with the scheduling process.No one asked me to schedule my next appointment. I was told that I needed to have work done that had supposedly been done on my last visit.
