Said transmission fluid needed flushed due to 30,000 miles and I told them when I scheduled it was for 30,000Again we didn't know were to go to pick up our car, no one told us we had to look for it.We were told that the car was done we walked around the building could not find it. Stood out front then saw it being driven down a side road then towards us. No one explained were to go to get our car?I would prefer a human! Very frustrating

We have a 1-hour drive to the closest service center. Which adds to the situation previously stated. My husband took the car to the center thinking the oil change was going to be free. Had he known it wasn't, he would have done it himself.

Reece was our salesman and he was phenomenal. He was working two sales at one time and handled it flawlessly.Our salesman was working his butt off this day, but he made sure that myself and the other lady that was being taken care of. Felt like we were at the top of his to do list at the moment he was with us each.
