I feel that the techs need to quality check each others work. There is a plastic trim cover under my engine you have to take off to get to the oil filter. This is not the first time this has happened but they left one of the fasteners out on the side. When you take things apart you keep it all together so you don’t forget something.. I put a different fastener that I had at home in there to keep it from flopping. The next time I get my oil changed I will tell them about it so they can put the correct fastener back in place. I’m a customer that checks things over to make sure things were done properly. This is from years of experience in having work done. I would just ask the techs to look their work over and what they touched to remove touch again when you’re finishing up. You are not in a nascar pit stop. If you mess up in a pit stop you know what happens. The car comes back Stay organized so the car doesn’t come back to be fixed correctly. Don’t mess up on simple things.The staff is always friendly and helpful.

The appointment was made in a timely manner. I mistakenly thought I had a free oil change coming. However, I wasn't sure what kind of inspection was done when completed.I wasn't made aware that the cost of the oil change increased so much. 1 wasn't sure what was done to my vehicle on my visit.

Said transmission fluid needed flushed due to 30,000 miles and I told them when I scheduled it was for 30,000Again we didn't know were to go to pick up our car, no one told us we had to look for it.We were told that the car was done we walked around the building could not find it. Stood out front then saw it being driven down a side road then towards us. No one explained were to go to get our car?I would prefer a human! Very frustrating

We have a 1-hour drive to the closest service center. Which adds to the situation previously stated. My husband took the car to the center thinking the oil change was going to be free. Had he known it wasn't, he would have done it himself.
