Booking and setting up my move in date was extremely smooth. Evan was excellent and made the process easy. The facility is very clean and I found the loading dock area extremely helpful.

Checking in was great. Checking out not so much. The woman I talked to said I would receive confirmation of check out. She never sent it and someone else had to do it for her.
