I found after I moved in. It's the bathroom was filthy , when I came to view the apartment, I said that there was a terrible odor in here. It's still here. Not sure what it is. The kitchen counter has something on it. That's red. That shouldn't be there. Unsure what it is at this point, but the bathroom is absolutely filthy the tub the toilet the floor is the worst. The sink was clean. That's it.

I loved everything that I saw in this community and I would be so happy to live there

Only if my bathroom exhaust fan worked properly and my hot water needs to be adjusted to get hotter.

I would love the opportunity to be able to live at this development

I have lived in the community a long time and I have noticed the property in the area, but this is the cleanest property I have ever seen. I love the community its close to every thing.

My maintenance issue is unresolved my washer and dryer are still unstable, they still need to be stabilized. I can’t wash my clothes without either the wall or appliances being damaged.

I’m still waiting to hear back on whether I’m getting a new dryer or ?

I really appreciate the maintenance staff doing the job in a timely manner.

Just wasn’t coordinated in a timely manner
