Service request is still pending but the follow up communication was excellent

The problem has yet to be completed i still have a huge hole in my ceiling with a moldy cardboard box covering it.

I’m still having issues with the washer moving around in the space that it’s during the spin cycle which causes the dryer to move around also I washed bone load and the dryer has twisted and is pinned to he wall. There has to be a better solution the dryer has peeled the paint on the wall and I’d partially sitting on the detergent door which opened during the spin cycle
