They told me they will come around noon but I’ve waiting too long. they finally showed up after 5 pm because I have to go to the office and tell the about my situation. I’ve lost my sleep due to that . I worked overnight shifts and they still don’t care.

It was not completed- still no hot water and am frustrated. They didn’t text me first before arriving. I did make a request again .
