You have not done anything in my apartment at 2112 I Street NE #301. I have put in a request three times for my bathroom faucet and nothing has been done. So I decided to to hire a plumber to fix it.. No need for your technician to come.

The washer machine is still NOT working. I worked overnight and I waited too long for them to come and fix it. I need my sleep! It been a few days. I’m Deaf, they supposed to text me before arrival. But never did. Frustrated!

This surveyis containing to 1/2 of the work order ticket which was the light bulb replacement in the microwave the secoalf of the ticket has not been completed it will be in 2 weeks per my request if the contractor had to come in to replace my backlash however I was told on six 11 at 10:00 a.m. by one of the maintenance staff that the backlash will be fixed on 6/ 11/26 that the contractors was not neededi she told me on 6/11/26 a.m. that he was able to fix it so I waited know one show up up pops a letter on door now that the contractor is needed am not going back and forth with the maintenance staff however every am suggesting a little bit more professionalism with communicating with the tenants with a sure don't wait till last minute to communicate with the tenants and let them know oh you now need a contractor Thank you

No, the issue has absolutely not been resolved. I still do not have air conditioning.What concerns me even more is the technician who was sent to my apartment. I was asleep at the time, but I did not hear him knock on the door at all. Even worse, he opened my bedroom door while I was still in bed. I was completely shocked by this. If possible, I would prefer that this technician not be assigned to my apartment again.I have lived here for over a year, and every other technician who has come to my apartment has always knocked or rang the doorbell when I was home. Even when I was asleep, I would wake up and answer the door.Unless I am mistaken, I believe this may be the same technician who worked in my apartment a few months ago and left my apartment door unlocked when he left. I only discovered this around midnight when I returned home and found that my door had not been secured.At the time, I sent a polite email reporting the incident, but I did not even receive an acknowledgment of receipt.I would appreciate it if this matter could be taken seriously. Most importantly, the air conditioning issue remains unresolved and still requires attention.

The kitchen sink is still leaking. Water is coming out of the garbage disposal as you run the water. So the job was not fixed at all now I have a flooded house full of water.

The work request if it’s the HVAC is incomplete to my knowledge.

The service was excellent. The gentleman knew exactly what to do. He did it and I was more than pleased. Didn’t take him long at all. I thank you all Fairway apart.
