Bad experience for the first time they stole my chair, no internet connection in that apartment., no gaz , wash machine and dryer doesn't working everytime i call someone come doesn't do anything i keep taking my chothes and parents clothes out for washing and drying its that normal ? I pay $1450 for all that?i don't like that place not at all

My biggest complaint is maintenance and pest control of the property. There are multiple appliances that have stopped working as well as fast deterioration of walls and paneling due to materials of poor quality. Furthermore I’ve had to deal with mice and insects just within the 5 months of me being a resident. If the apartments were better maintained and cared for I would love to stay a resident.

The community is friendly as I talked to several members. The staff, in particular, Patrick and Ms. Sharrod, they were very knowledgeable and compassionate in their interactions with me.

Hope you realize my move in date was February 2014. The answers I gave were correct on that date

Communication was horrible. Was treated poorly before move in. Also unit was not cleaned at all.
