When I found out I needed fillings at my previous cleaning, a staff member advised that the fillings were covered by my insurance. I found out in the day of my service that I owed part of the cost.On a positive note, Lamar was friendly and helped me feel comfortable.

This is the second time I was lied to I came in for an appointment for an exam X-rays and cleaning at the same time I was guaranteed the same day when I was there I was told the next appointment to head for cleaning was April 30th they couldn't clean it the same day

The only problem was, you had a temp hygienist who had not been there before, put in a room where the light did not work and she could not bring up the computer. She did not have a view of my x-rays or my past visits.So my complaint was you did not take care of the employee you put in my care. She did not have the proper equipment for my appointment.She took care of me excellent and was able to do her work under poor circumstances.

Was the best experience I could ever imagine, the doctor and staff are amazing. The office is extremely clean and does not smell like an ordinary dentist office. I will be recommending them to everyone I know

Lovely staff! My hygienist was very sweet and helpful. The woman I spoke with on the phone the day before, Dierdre was patient and helpful as well. Scheduling is always a smooth process.

It was absolutely ridiculous that I had to pay “extra” for a thorough cleaning! When I visit the dentist, I expect to ALWAYS get a thorough cleaning and have never had this happen before. I will be looking for another place to visit.

The dentist was really nice he had a good sense of humor he made it pain free and I got 16 teeth pulled out piece of cake great guy I would recommend him to anybody and also his assistant was great as well both had good sense of humor and did your job well

GreetingsI’ve been a patient at this office for over a few years. The Dr assistant was amazing, very attentive and informative. I’ve noticed the Dr never greets you, he comes in and begans the service, Never a hello or smile , being its already a bit stressful being at the dentist for lots of people.. He’s never pleasant. Overall other than this, good office experience.

The hygenist Melissa was super friendly and gently with my cleaning. She walked me through what she was doing, and even gave me some cleaning tips for brushing, flossing that was tailored to myself. I was suggested too for a mouth guard and she took notes to have that checked and scheduled me right up for my next appointment. All the staff are always friendly, just a great experience overall!
