I was a little nervous going into a new dentist but the staff immediately made me feel comfortable

My experience was overall positive.

Staff was kind and helpful and Dr Khalil is a wonderful dentist.The entrance way and front windows needed cleaning badly.

I waited a long time to be called back, then waited quite a while to see the Dr.!

For the first time I got answers concerning teeth, gums and how diabetes affect them. The dentist covered all questions I had as well as the dental team.

People who serviced us were cool and nice, however when it came to insurance there was something much confusion and miscommunication. Was told my insurance was valid and they took it one minute and the next it wasn't. Whoever their 3rd party is that pushes through insurance for them is terrible and clearly dont know the difference between dentist and medical. And instead of trying to help figure it out since of the office system showed valid and active we got written off and hung up on while trying to communicate with them about my insurance with no call back.

When I found out I needed fillings at my previous cleaning, a staff member advised that the fillings were covered by my insurance. I found out in the day of my service that I owed part of the cost.On a positive note, Lamar was friendly and helped me feel comfortable.
