Every person I came into contact with was professional and friendly. I was treated so kindly that I want Family Dental Group as my regular dentist. I was positively impressed!

Compactionate

So far everyone has been great. Today I had the best cleaning I’ve had in quite a while. Nicole did a fantastic cleaning. Dr Faisal also took care of a few cavities today and it was pretty much painless. And the person to hat did my X-rays was great also. I think her name was Gloria.

All the staff were really nice they treated me very nicely and everyone gave me a genuine smile

You don’t have 6 month cleaning appointments available. The response of staff to go on a wait list is not anything I want to experience. I’ve been going for years to your practice & I’ve yet to see a dentist after my cleanings. Feels like a rushed way to bilk insurance

I have been going to family dental for 15 years and I wasn’t able to get a the next cleaning appointment for 14 months instead of 6 months - it’s ridiculous and I now need to find a new dentist. I transferred my sons care 2 years ago because it was taking 8 months to get the new cleaning appointment and I felt like him as a child a growing I didn’t want his cleaning delayed. At the time I was ok, not happy, but ok with my cleaning being 8 months but 14 months is unacceptable
