I went in for a cleaning but did not get it for some reasons that did not make any sense for something as simple as a cleaning, they ask me a question about an old surgery and before i went in i got charged for a cap that was paid for you guys need to stop nickel & dimming

I just feel like just because insurance doesn't cover a lot that they don't give you the care that you need. I do not have $5000 for dental work. If I had that i would not need insurance.

Staff interaction is always great. They make you feel like you’re at home. As soon as you walk in, they’re so welcoming. My only issue is scheduling. Having to book out so far would be my only complaint.

I’ve been a patient for a few years and have found the staff generally competent, professional and friendly. The office environment is clean. On the downside rescheduling happens fairly often and this sometimes results in one appointment being split into two or three. For example at my last visit for annual exam I was there for just a few minutes which was not a good use of my time. I had requested at my cleaning that I needed a filling replaced and wanted this done at the same time.

We had a great visit, no problems at all. The issue is scheduling a dental cleaning, it’s March now and his cleaning is scheduled for January of 2027. They did put us on a wait list also. That’s 10 months away. That’s the only bad part.
