The wait was too long 45min wait

Not pleasant. I was never told that my appointment was only of X-Ray, then I have to make another appointment for clean up. So I took a half day off from work for no reason.The Fishkill office didn’t have any openings and I tried another location and called Jefferson Valley. The earliest appointment is December 24th and I assure you it will be canceled because the folks who are going to work on kale will call out for the holiday. It happens every time even with those I have with for decades.Complete dissatisfaction

My son had a X-ray and full exam scheduled . He got the X-ray. The dr came in looked at the X-ray glanced at his teeth. Didn’t seem like a full exam.

I was disgusted by the dentist's behavior. I was only there for a cleaning. After sitting through 18 x-rays that I asked not to receive the dentist spent less than 30 seconds looking at the 18 x-rays and said everything looks fine. It was insulting and obvious that he did not really look through them in detail. Then he spent another 30 seconds looking in my mouth. I genuinely think the short amount of time spent the dentist spent with me amounted to an ethical violation for inadequate care.
