I needed to get in right away and they were able to take me and do what needed to be done right away

I waited for over an hour after checking in, and was never actually checked in. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk, they said the next available appointment is not for several weeks.

It was so lovely our nurse was so attentive and kind to my daughter and because of that my daughter couldn’t stop talking about how great her experience was here.

I originally called for an exam and cleaning and when I came in only got xrays and was not told I wouldn't be getting a cleaning until after they sent me up front and then I couldn't get another appt for 2 months. Without reviewing xrays or records someone came in and aggressively scraped and prodded and said its more important I set up a consultation with the oral surgeon. It is clearly a shop to bill out more for multiple visits and you have a quotas to put on patients. GROSS BUSINESS

Pleasant staff prompt service and my options for repairs were explained thoroughly. Like the fact that they can do it all from cleanings to implants.
