Poor "bedside manners"

The people where very nice

I made an appointment for an routine exam and cleaning. When I arrived, i was taken to x-rays, and checked-out by the dentist, and then I was asked to schedule my cleaning separately. The only option was the following Wednesday (which I could not do due to work), or 9 months away. This was extremely strange and disappointing as I thought the recommendation was to get a cleaning every 6 months and here I am, unable to get a cleaning until November when I thought I booked this for this appointment

Overall it was okay. The assistant was very kind and sweet. She was super understanding and made sure I was comfortable. But It take about three months to even get an appointment here. And I feel like the actual dentist I had was a little rude.

My son was scheduled at 3, with several patients' appt in that same hr. I was promised an appt reminder, but never got it. I thought I had a 3:30appt. I told the tech that school ends at 2:45, and i'm about 30 mins away. They called at 3 saying my son's appt will be dropped if I dont get there in 10mins, which was impossible because I had just arrived at my son's school. As I was leaving, I called them to beg for a later appt, but the MGR said no, called me loud and basically hung up. Awful!

Staff was very professional, Dentist explained procedure with detailed clarity. resolved my issue with extreme kindness and understanding. overall, one of the best experiences I’ve had in the medical world.

Online system told me that I had an appointment and sent me text reminders only for me to receive a call a few days before and be told that I had to schedule for a month later.
