I originally called for an exam and cleaning and when I came in only got xrays and was not told I wouldn't be getting a cleaning until after they sent me up front and then I couldn't get another appt for 2 months. Without reviewing xrays or records someone came in and aggressively scraped and prodded and said its more important I set up a consultation with the oral surgeon. It is clearly a shop to bill out more for multiple visits and you have a quotas to put on patients. GROSS BUSINESS

All of the staff were friendly and made my son feel comfortable. Informative and helpful.

Pleasant staff prompt service and my options for repairs were explained thoroughly. Like the fact that they can do it all from cleanings to implants.

I went in for a cleaning but did not get it for some reasons that did not make any sense for something as simple as a cleaning, they ask me a question about an old surgery and before i went in i got charged for a cap that was paid for you guys need to stop nickel & dimming

I just feel like just because insurance doesn't cover a lot that they don't give you the care that you need. I do not have $5000 for dental work. If I had that i would not need insurance.
