They are very good and take care of my needs fast and easy.And Michael who does my teeth cleaning is very good.

Dr.Patel is wonderful

Had apt for 4pm w/oral surgeon. Called into room after 4:40 with no acknowledgment that I had been waiting for 40 minutes.Was escorted into room & was told I needed to take a 360 X-ray for the surgeon to evaluate my jaw.(I had a full set of X-rays the day before at my cleaning with Michael - who is incredible by the way - along w/Dr. Patel who I also adore) - after my X-rays I was asked by 2 assistants - why am I here? I then waited till 5:10 for dr to come in who then also asked why am I here

Fast , Friendly, Kind, Professional

The dental hygienist did not do a thorough job cleaning my teeth and stopped twice during the process to answer her phone. She did not explain what she was doing before or throughout the cleaning process nor did she provide any dental hygiene education.

Schedule was for 9:00 am was on time hygeneist did a great job and was very kind he also rescheduled my next appointment service was excellent

According to a rep during a phone call today, during my visit I was shared apparent misinformation of costs related to my wife becoming a patient and receiving a first cleaning. I have always been a fan of your practice, recommending it to my family members and friends (whom are now patients). Today’s interaction has made me reconsider, as I feel that being told misinformation and the practice not honoring what was shared, an important aspect to consider when receiving health related services.

All good..nice service all around.except chair used to get my cleaning had a crack in it so big I could feel it laying down? Just not a great first impression for such a professionally run office ..please get a new one..or new ones maybe all over..would provide a nice lift in the office look and more comfort for your patients.

They were not listening to me when I was telling them that I was in so much pain. They didn’t want to help. I was told to make another appointment for not the reason I needed it.
