Overall it all went pretty good. Had my oil changed and had an appointment at 2:30 pm. The only negative experience was they didnt get my car back to do the oil change untill about 3pm. No big deal , the oil change took about an hour and at 4 I was ready to leave.I think they are very professional and the dealership has great cars and is very clean.

when I brought my car there, I showed one of the guys what it was doing (because my car was having the problem that I wanted them to fix at the time. I left my car running so he could see it) but then they said that they said they couldn't duplicate the problem to fix it. I really need the problem fixed.They didn't let me know before I picked up my car that they didn't fix the problem with my care. they just told me my car was done and to come pick it up. when i got there I asked them what caused the problem my car was having and that is when I found out they didn't fix it. The lady did say that she would let me know when they got a rental car so I could bring my car back in so they could fix it, but i haven't heard back from them.The people I worked with were very friendly, but I wish I would have known before I came to pick my car up that it wasn't fixed. I would have rather left my car there and have it fixed then pick it up.they were friendly, but they didn't fix the problem.

When I initially called to schedule my service, I selected the service department, but my call was not answered and disconnected—this happened twice. On my third attempt, I selected the sales department and was connected immediately. The person I spoke with kindly transferred me to the service department, where scheduling the appointment was straightforward. However, it was disappointing that reaching the service department directly proved so difficult.

The Tech spilled oil on my engine and didnt clean it up. If they used a funnel properly, there should be no mess on my engine.I would feel better if my service manager didnt change every 3 to 6 months. But, everyone is really nice when I come in for service.Employee turnover
