Although booked for a 2 hour slot, job took 3 hours. Other than that everything fine and car returned clean. Note: The online check-in was NOT offered to me this time. I have used it in the past.

Overall I think the service I received was very good. My only negative was the delay in getting my car back. This was despite agreeing a time about which I was very flexible. We agreed 1pm and arrived as agreed. I then waited for 30 minutes or so for the car to be made ready! not really a problem but perhaps something to be thought about if you are aiming to be the best in town!
