Just FYI, the service team knew I was waiting on-site (I was guided upstairs) whilst MOT and service were executed. I got a call that I couldn't take (didn't recognise the number), but no one came to tell me the work was complete. I was on-site for 3.5 hrs. Should have been less. The counter is the environment upstairs was very pleasant for working.

My overall experience is let down by Audi's policy around UK sales and the restricted choice on options, particularilyy around wheels, where a significant number of model have wheels that are not suitable, when the same car bought in Germany does. The same goes for options I really wanted a tour pack, not available for the model I wanted to drive overseas up mountains in the snow. The crisps on the floor of the drivers footwell, the scratch on the rear bumper, and the seemingly endless resetting of passwords for the my Audi App to work continues to frustrate. Simon did what he could but is cointrained by what he can sell, he gets a five but he can't solve everything and all need to work togeyther as a team. I would love an A5 Sportback in Merlin Purple with Tech, Tour, Comfort Packs with 18 inch wheels. The vehicle I have now is functional, but not the ideal replacement as i am reminded of what I miss vs. what I now have.
