Very Happy with the Service i received and the way it was delivered

All the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful - good customer service. The only downside was the car was washed but only the front and passenger footwell were vacuumed no other cleaning including inside glass or inside paintwork on the doors and boot. A full clean would be appreciated. Otherwise excellent .

The Sales person I dealt with was Tomas Brooke-Izzard and he made the whole expeirence go very smoothly. He answered my queiries and kept me updated with the delivery of my TT, which i am very happy with. Unfortuantley on collection day he wasn't well, but still took a phone call to answer a query on the Car. A credit to Lookers. Thanks Tomas :)
