The overall experience was excellent, Rudi was very helpful and a great personal video of the car meant we didn’t have to travel 150 miles. Rudi provided everything I asked for in a professional and friendly manner without the pushy sales routine. The delivery service and the guy who actually delivered the car were also excellent- very professional and in alignment with Audi standards. The only area for improvement is after sales - to ensure all has gone smoothly . Rudi did leave a message in my phone but should have continued to try and get hold of me . Not a complaint, just room for development. My wife is very happy with the car so all is good - happy wife = happy life. Many thanks Karl.

I think it is quite unprofessional that the member of the sales team -who was extremely professional and very helpful, was unable to provide me with finance deals without checking with management, which meant long periods of sitting around waiting only to be given the unfortunate news that the numbers didn't add up.
