Everything was excellent except that one task was not carried out. It had been agreed that the DVD drive in the car which was electronically locked so the disk can't be removed would be unlocked FOC. It was on the job sheet but was not done which I didn't find out until the car was returned to me. It's not a big deal so I haven't made a fuss but it is disappointing given how good the rest of the service is.

We were looking for a replacement A3 Sportback SE Technik.Tom Brooke-Izzard was superb and showed us different models with different seats including a Sport model with leather seats which had softened nicely. Unfortunely that vehicle was already sold but we followed Tom's suggested and arranged ti test drive a nearly new A3 Sport with leather seats. However the seat didn't work form wife. Tom stayed in touch and continued to look for one of the last pre-face lift A3 Sportbacks and even offered to get one delivered to the dealership from Scotland. In the end we bought a low mileage 3 year old A3 SE Technik from Audi Southampton albeit we didn't have a very good customer experience with them.

I am Registered disabled and lifes simple challenges are a mountain to me. The whole process was stress free. Thank you.

My vehicle is returning due to a fault identified on my visit is now having a replacement part fitted.

The while you wait for an MoT was three hours, which I considered a long time, considering I booked a time, and was on time.

No instruction book with car and technial problem needed to book in car immediately. Also locking wherl key fallen down into batterycompartment so took ages to find . I put it in glove box

Pedro was exceptionally good and very knowledgeable. Also had a great welcome when I entered the branch. Working in customer experience strategy myself, it was great to see genuine interest and warmth from Audi Farnborough.
