Annaleise was very helpful and efficient in dealing with any queries. She also ensured that the car was ready for collection early as we had to attend another appointment.

First of all my vehicle was meant to be delivered on 4/2/22 but that didn't happen due to my vehicle having some issue with the reflector, but we sorted that out by communicating amongst us so my vehicle was delivered on Monday 07/2/22, because of the delay and the trouble it caused me, I asked if I could get some sort of compensation (as I wanted tints on the car) I asked could that be sorted but I was told that's not possible but instead I was given a full tank of which fuel ( which I had to agree to). When I got my vehicle I drove for couple days and I figured out that I am getting an unusual noise from the driver side so I contacted the representative I was dealing he said he will get the manager to give me a call and when I spoke to the manager he told me someone should contact me to book an appointment but since then I have had no one called me which I am highly disappointed about.

I was met by Robyn Flint who was very polite and courteous. She explained what was going to happen and offered me somewhere to sit and wait whilst the car was being serviced.

I had hoped for an uplifting experience, where i could replace my current car with one of simillar specifications and perhaps a few more options since i first purchased it. Sadly this was not the case as Audi have reduced chgoiuce and don't offer the options i was looking for on the model i was intereested in without losing economy, which in the current climate feels at odds with reducing emmisions and saving fuel.

Kris Wale was very helpful, went through all the details, got the test drive sorted and followed up with a video call.
