It took 5 attempts between myself & Dan Stokes for the service department to contact me to book my car in for the repair however once it was service was good

We have Motability requirements and are still making up our minds before finally choosing. We would like to certainly nominate the sales person who looked after us, Kris Wale, who was extremely professional , he knows his cars inside out and all Motability options, and was good on follow up.

The question may be asked why have i been a continual customer over the past 21 years with Lookers, Colbournes and Whites since i purchased my Audi Allroad in March 2001, The answer is simple - excellent service and repairs, first class communication between all staff and me as a customer. Explanations on procedures required have always been excellent and this has been enhanced further by technicians using video when customers need to know what are essential repairs and replacements and what may be left for a year or so. Staff at both Camberley and Farnborough are always polite, helpful an cheerful. Prices for service and parts are always increasing but i usually find that staff try to avoid higher costs if it is possible. For example - if a quote is given for a repair/replacement but, in reality, less time and costs have been less than anticipated then this gives a customer increased confidence and satisfaction. My car was in for service and minor repairs from 8th - 10th February i found all staff gave of their best. i continue to be a very satisfied customer and appreciate the car being collected and returned now that Covid restrictions have diminished. Outstanding service. I couldn’t ask for more.

I was looked after by the service department and particularly by a lady called Robyn, she was fantastic from start to finish, I had arranged to drop the car off the night before and Robyn was there to greet me, throughout the following day when they were working on my car I was kept informed on progress and cost throughout. Excellent service and please pass on my thanks to Robyn. I will Definitely use that centre again
