The Audi experience is amazing. Tomas Brooke-Izzard went above and beyond each step of the way. Always communicating, explaining in detail the options available. This is my third Audi and I almost didn’t come back. Neil Lee (who has unfortunately left) asked Tom to look after us and he did ! Huge thank you to Tom, his service will be the reason we come back. We spoke with Kris Wale in great detail about the car we were interested in. After some more thought from our side, we decided against going with the car at this current time. Hopefully in the near future we will be in a position to move forward with it and will definitely be back in contact with Kris. He was great, and a credit to your business. I am not one to leave reviews, especially when I haven't purchased, but I felt it was necessary due to the way we felt afterwards.

Since having the service my key fob battery has died which I think is poor since it’s just over a year old and the car only has 5000 miles on it so it’s not been used much. My tyre inflation warning keeps coming on despite having the tyres checked for punctures, checking the pressures are correct and resetting the settings on the dash. Really annoying for such a new vehicle.
