It was fine All was excellent however I was not advised of the brake fluid change until after the service was complete even though it was marked as red , had I been I would have had it done at the time instead of a total inconvenience to book it in again , this was very annoying

Pretty good. Only thing was that we couldn’t connect to the Audi app etc and were told to give it 24hrs to see if it did.l therefore had to come back in to get it sorted as it didn’t connect.

Not a lot to say. Online booking was easy to complete Car went in for yellow lights on dash. 4th time this has happened since ownership 6 months ago. Nothing found.

I was immediately welcomed by your receptionist and offered coffee and then Kris absolutely blew me away with his attitude which was refreshingly honest - even his boss asked how he could help get me into an Audi
