Very welcoming and made the whole experience easy

This is now my fourth Audi I have bought in the last decade and this was easily the best experience I've had so far. Lewis Styles went above and beyond for me from the very beginning. He was knowledgeable, friendly and obviously thrives off customer satisfaction. I am probably one of Lewis' smaller customers, but he never made me feel that way and was only too happy to answer any questions I had. I was also kept well informed about the delivery of my car (which was delayed only due to global supply issues). An absolute pleasure to deal with all round - I am so pleased with my vehicle and you definitely have a customer for life - thank you again for all the support and for getting me in my lovely new car!

Insufficient introduction of new car features

Really excellent service - just felt very comfortable through the process. The sales person Jonathon was great right from initial contact through to drive off , and reception desk very friendly and nothing seemed like any trouble. I had forgotten the name of who I was supposed to meet on first arrival - and the receptionist had the information so its was no bother, offered coffee and nice welcoming approach. I noticed this particularly since I had been to another dealership where at reception I also forgot the name of the person I was meeting and reception had no idea and didn't appear to be happy to have to try and find out. Little things make all the difference. Oh and by the way the car is just what I wanted

Great service from the staff all the way through from the booking to arrival, from Robyn finding answers to questions regarding petrol types to collecting the car at the time I asked. Brilliant.
