Brilliant and professional from the first time I entered into your new location in Farnborough. The team including the engineers were very helpful. That’s why I have chosen Audi for years. However I did try my local Audi in Walton on Thames. The guy was 30 minutes late for our appointment and then proceeded to take me through my options on his laptop..on his knee on the sofa. No desk. I now know they are a franchise. Will alway stick with Lookers. Thanks so much. Love my car.
