Since you ask... Krys Wale the salesman was excellent in all respects. Unfazed when the car would not start on collection, and very helpful in finding the correct handbook when I went back the next day. I date from a time when one haggled for a tank of fuel, raised a cheque, collected the car a few days later and drove off. I don't buy many cars from dealerships! Your company approach would seem to be rather different from my experience. There was a deposit, followed by insurance stuff followed by a Pack 1, followed by a Pack 2 (and one Tabatha Bourne got in the act for good measure). Inexplicably there was no acknowledgement far less a receipt issued for monies paid by BACS some days before collection. The nearest that there was to some kind of an acknowledgement was stuff on warranty. Would you issue warranty blurb if you did not have the money I wonder?. May I respectfully suggest that for the older punters (those like me) you offer a simple 1x sheet of A4 that explains the selling process. While it may not be obvious why there is a pack 1 or pack two, at least the direction and manner of the sale will be clear. I remain etc Martin de Little
