I had booked an appointment but had not received a confirmation e-mail, had to call up and confirm if my appointment was on. Also, had made an enquiry for AUDI Q4 etron, felt the customer service could be better because as a customer, had to make many calls to get the concerned person to call back (don't want to take names, please consider this a general feedback). There was no effort made to retain an existing customer to the dealership, so much so that I had to go to Milton Keynes to get a good deal, which otherwise I would have preferred to go with somebody local (your dealership in Farnborough).

Was dealt with by Charlie Cole. He looked after me and kept me informed and dealt with me excellently from my first email to driving out of the showroom with my new car.

I was looked after by Tom Brooke-Izzard at your Audi Farnborough dealership and I must say how impressed I was with Tom’s customer service and knowledge of the RS range. Whilst I didn’t proceed with finding a car, it was due to financial reasons, nothing to do the the service I received, that was excellent.

I have only given three stars for question six, as between ordering our car and it being delivered, I believe you had some changes in your team, with the result that for the first few weeks we did not get much in the way of communications, but Once Kris Wale was on the case everything when well.
