Exceptional customer service from Simon at Audi Farnborough throughout my purchasing process! I had bought a car previously from Audi with Simon and contacted him directly again to buy my new car after being so impressed with the way he handled my first sale and customer service he delivered. He is very knowledgeable and took time to go through different vehicles with me to ensure the car I chose was best suited to me. I was looked after by a trainee sales executive, Pedro Gomez. He was extremely helpful and courteous and went the extra mile to ensure that i was taken care off. He deserves an pat on the back

Excellent customer service

I have decided to go with a Tesla mainly due to the mileage per charge 350, number of charge points and speed of fast charging at around 30 mins to 80% versus Audi at approx 4 hours so unpractical at this time. Thanks Regards Paul
