Service carried out as booked, however problem with MMI update. Have been advised that Audi are aware of the problem and a solution would not be available till the end of the year… This in my opinion is not something I expect from an organisation as big as this. Was advised to contact Audi at the end of the year.. I would have thought it was Audi to contact me when available.
