Staff at Farnborough were great. I was very irritated by the fact I did not actually need to book my car in for service which was indicated by the email prompt. Complete waist of mine and the dealers time. Please can you look into this issue as the same happened to my husband.

I had to call Audi Assist on a Saturday as my car had warning lights appear on the dashboard. My car was booked in first thing Monday morning and upon arrival Maya as usual was extremely helpful, friendly and sorted me with a third party hire car very quickly that day. 1st class service from the first call to Audi assist to dropping off my car at dealership, to picking it up and always being kept up to date through out the whole process. Excellent experience from farnborough Audi.

The dealer was faultless, but the supply of the Towbar and mudguards (that are an essential part of the car purchase for many) from Audi in Germany has been very slow. Towbars are often crucial for offroad capable vehicles. I need them fitted. If not standard, then supply at the point of purchase or at least within a few weeks, for an all road car should be more of an Audi priority. Regretfully I am still waiting.
