Find the drop off and collection abit chaotic, not always clear where and who to go to for car collection. Quite often can be stood waiting for someone and be queue jumped due to someone catching another employee’s eye first.

Very well looked after and accomidated as we turned up without an appointment. Great experience, it was our decision not to proceed with that particular approved Audi.highly recommend.

I was offered a free exterior clean on my vehicle which I accepted but was very dissatisfied with it .Driving after I left the dealership the windscreen was all smeared andwhite stains all down the paint work. The car had been separated with what I think was a TFR (traffic fin remover ) and was not cleaned off properly. I contacted the dealership because I was worried it could have affected the protective coating ( Gardx)i had paid for to protect the paintwork I was told I would be contacted the next day after they had spoken to the cleaning company. I AM STILL WAITING Two weeks later.
