We really appreciate and value the ongoing communication we receive when the car is in for service as well as the evident high skill of the mechanic team. Straightforward process with minimum hassle.

Generally good service. Car had a service wash but as it was clean when it went in it was smeary when it came out.

I have been with this dealership (and its previous owners) for over 20 years since i bought the Allroad. I have always been very pleased with the quality of the service. I have never had cause to complain - as i am a long standing customer I have welcomed some of the price reductions when the invoices have been rather high. Communication between the dealership and customer have always been excellent. My only disappointment has been that the dealership this time has not been able to renovate the offside front lens. i was hoping that this could have been achieved as a new lighting unit is now unobtainable. It looks as though i shall have to attempt renovating it myself.

Yasmin was great, ran through all the finance products and provided me with a few quotes to think about.

Excellent service from Darryl Wise who particularly showed patience and understanding towards us, as well as very good overall knowledge of the Audi range.

Very helpful unfortunately nothing was available due to the current shortage of cars.
