My car was in the workshop for nearly 5 weeks. After initially being told parts were on back order I heard nothing. I had to phone to find out what was happening and surprise surprise the parts turned up late the night before I phoned. Once those parts had been fitted they found another problem due to corrosion which delayed the return of my vehicle further. I am concerned about the corrosion as the car had its initial inspection in October 2020 but I didn’t buy it new until February 2021, where was it stored over that winter? If it was in a field somewhere can I expect more corrosion problems? In there favour they did hire me a car whilst they had mine. My first experience of Audi has been a bad one.
