The only disappointment I have is that I was told they would put in a half tank of fuel. When I collected the car, the tank was almost empty.

I found the overall experience very professional and enjoyable. Our salesman, Lewis, was very helpful, polite and professional. He constantly communicated updates on the sale to me and guided me through all the whole process. I really liked the experience of collecting our new car, the unveiling and driving out the garage was really enjoyable. Really good customer service.

Easy to book, great service when dropping & picking my car up.

When I booked the appointment, I explained that I was abroad and my neighbour would be dealing with the collection of the car, the payment and the return. Audi had all his details, but this information wasn't passed on to those concerned with collecting the car, working on the car, or delivering the car back to my home. I was not impressed as I had numerous texts and voice messages from those who couldn't understand why I was not at home, answering the door, why I wasn't making the payment etc.

Both members of staff I dealt with (Kris and Jack) were outstanding.

Rather than mention any names negatively I will just mention Kamrul Lokhon as how all your representatives should be! I asked to only real with him because he didnt come with an air of self importance that seems to afflict others where your left feeling like your serving them and the expectation is to meet their needs as opposed to the then meeting the customers and fulfilling the experience. Kam was level headed, concise and had the perfect blend of professional execution and customer service making you feel like you should. This is not the same across the Farnborough Dealership and although many were very polite including the receptionists members of the sales lacked the qualities described above. I deal with high end customer service in a similar front facing environment and work for a market leader in their field. Kams approach would fit seamlessly into any of our management teams. Additionally you need a non applicable in some of the above, I did not apply for finance hence 1 star.

Just excellent sevice

Georgia was very helpful and organised a test drive even though the dealership was short of staff. Highly recommended.
