very helpful sales guy. Forget his name, unfortunately but due to limited stock unable to help with a car. What i would say is that the car i looked at had its diamond cut wheels refurbished and they did it in one colour which looked cheap to me. The Audi garage that i finally bought my S3 from refurbished the diamond cut wheels correctly, as they should be done.

Lewis was excellent event though you seemed very busy.. My initial enquiries were a bit haphazard as there seemed to be little info on the car and it felt like I had to keep ringing back to get a response.

Slightly overcharged, when booking my service, the brake fluid change was offered with a 10% loyalty disc, but when paying at service centre, full £70 was taken. I bought a 2 year service plan (2nd one).

My Initial enquiry was relatively frustrating. Eventually I asked for a different sales person. Georgia contacted me and everything was incredibly quick, efficient, and professional. I was initially only planning on buying one Audi. Georgia made the process so easy that I ended up buying two.

Yes, booking an appointment was awful. I want to reiterate that once I was able to actually book an appointment and speak to someone in the dealership it was all fine. The central booking team placing an appointment in calendars of people who were not in or unavailable was terrible. Please just remove this step. Let me speak to someone in the dealership. For servicing it's fine but for buying a car it was terrible, I was very close to walking away and finding another dealership.
