The £60 diagnosis charge feels excessive. Onboard computer diagnostics are supposed to make the diagnosing of issues easy, via the OBD port. Charging to essentially read off a code from a computer seems unwarranted.

We had a great experience. Lewis was very straight talking and assisted in our decision, we had been talking to Reading Audi and a Hire company also, so he did a great job. The only issues we had were the system was down when we collected the car so could not set up the Audi App and there seems to be a slight problem with the paint work - we are returning the car to the dealer on Friday, for them to look at the issue and to understand next steps

Overall the purchase of my new car was a very pleasurable and easy experience, considering the restrictions placed upon us all by the Covid pandemic. Your Sales Advisor answered all my queries promptly, and even provided a short video to show me the interior upholstery. A video handover was also provided as the car had to be transported to my home address.
