Very good experience.

Despite difficulties due to pandemic, the complete purchasing process went very well. Sales staff had extremely good product knowledge and we are extremely happy with the vehicle. The reasons 5 stars have not been given are as follows: 1. We did not receive regular updates on the anticipated delivery date. Our experience with another retailer has been weekly updates on likely delivery date. 2. We took delivery of the new Audi over two weeks ago and have not had a follow up phone call from the garage to see how things are going and also two emails sent with queries have not been answered.

Easy, simple and safe from start to finish

As always had a pleasant experience - all handled well and had video update from the engineer so very happy with the service provided.

Hi - I realise that during Covid has impacted the way you operate. In general, I am very happy with the service I received. The only thing that I feel was lacking, was the instruction on all of the different facilities the car can offer - e.g. how to operate sat nav. I have had the car for 2 weeks now and I am still struggling.

Marcus provided excellent service. Very helpful throughout the process . The whole experience was seamless, and couldn’t be happier with the car.
