Excellent customer service from drop-off to collection. Vehicle developed suspension fault and was booked in as a recovery so that assessment of parts required and parts ordered for first available slot. Booked routine service at same time including brake replacement and one of the advisory items on video due to its potential for extreme inconvenience if advisory became fail. Slight delay awaiting parts delivery from Germany but kept up to date with progress. Overall brilliant customer care from all f the team. Many thanks.
