Was expecting a better price to be offered for my current vehicle which I was to find out had devalued a lot more than expected in a six month period but was offered over a £1,000 more by online organisations that purchase used cars than Lookers offered. Was surprised as my car has very low milage and in excellent condition

Very helpful and patient and not pushy

We arranged a test drive with Kris Wake looking after us. The car I test drove was a diesel A3 & decided then I wanted a petrol. Kris was superb at trying to find a car for me. Unfortunately due to the time frames off me not having a vehicle the tight car came 3 days too late as I brought from another manufacturer. I would recommend Kris to anyone looking for an Audi.
