Rudi is a good listener and was helpful

Overall my experience with Farnborough Audi, who dealt with my (annoying) Factory Recall work on my A3 Hybrid. In particular I was chuffed to be provided with a Q5 Hybrid as a courtesy car - which was critically necessary in terms of commuting to work while my A3 was being serviced. (I will never buy a massive SUV tank like that - I really don't like the form factor - but it was a great courtesy car experience - thank you once again) The reason I only propose 4 stars is because of two aspects of the AudiCam experience. 1. Erroneous claim that my rear wiper wasn't working. It was. As was confirmed to me when I challenged this point. 2. An unclear report of a missing plastic piece of my A3's underside, which was flagged as an Amber warning, but which I was subsequently told to disregard. Frankly I still don't know if this is really an issue I need to address.
